Data Acquisition Layer

To see the working of our cleaning and compression data properly we implemented a GUI. A snapshot of this GUI is shown in the figure above. In this GUI we show all tag ids, the corresponding window sizes and a bar which is divided into 3 parts. The upper part of this bar shows the raw readings, this part simulates reading of tag information from right to left with squares in this bar showing the reading of reader in each epoch. When the color of the square in the upper part of this bar is blue it means that this tag is not being read, when it is pink it means it is read. The middle part of this bar shows the cleaned data. When a square is green it means that cleaned data from adaptive cleaner is showing that the tag is in the range when it is red, tag is not being read. The lower part of this bar shows the compression. When it is black we are not sending any data to upper layer, when it is white we are sending data to the upper layer.
